While the 250 pathology questions built into Fundamentals is a good start, adding the Q-Bank and going through over 10x number of ultrasound pathology questions will really solidify your knowledge base. This bundle is highly recommended.

Anyone who is just getting started with POCUS. If your a medical student, resident, fellow or even practicing attending it doesn't matter. This will take you from 0 to having a good grasp of all the major modalities and pathologies. Since this curriculum was built for primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics would have the most benefit.
